Auntie Boos Books
of the Month.
Reading to children can have lifelong cognitive, language, and educational benefits. Using a variety of books filled with meaningful content can help them understand concepts they may still need help to grasp. It also helps develop cognitive skills like problem-solving and logical thinking. Reading aloud exposes children to more words than they ordinarily use in everyday conversations, which can help improve their large vocabulary and language skills later in life. Reading regularly with young kids instills in them the value of literature and sets them up for academic success later on.
At Auntie Boo's Childcare, we encourage daily reading, so each month, we will hand-select four books to help your little one on their reading journey!
